I played against type in this production! Clayton was an aggressive character, killing long before giving it a thought. I had performed in Mortmain at the Edinburgh Festival some years before; on this visit the city was unrecognizable. Gone was the hustle and bustle associated with the fringe festival. It was still summer and although we stayed with one of the maddest landlords I have met it was a fun filled few weeks.
